Those all seem like good candidates. Probably your best bet is to try them all and decide for yourself.
I think you'll probably find very similar levels of integration among all of them, with only minor variations (package and system management, extra freebies, possibly default package selection). Another couple you could try as well include Arch (and/or one of its derivatives that bundles kde so you don't have to install it yourself), PCLinuxOS, as well as the usual suspects: OpenSuse, Fedora, Mint KDE, Debian.

There is none. KDE sucks. Bugs, crashes and programs that don't work. I installed a GTK program and was able to get work done.

Linux Mint has a KDE edition. I've been using the it (Linux Mint KDE) for the last couple of years. It seems to be working fine. This is a good candidate and deserves a test drive.
