An updated TechBase Wiki

With Plasma 5 Released and about to be set as default for distributions like Ubuntu, I think it's time to update the reference manuals to reflect the change that have happened over the past 5+ years.

Feel free to give a hand, there are already a lot of docs there about Plasma5/Frameworks5

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

I'm relatively new to the KDE community, is there any convention on where to find this information in the programs? I would love to contribute, but do not now where to start

Rather difficult to tell as you are a tad vague on what exactly you want to work on: by reference manual, I presume you mean technical documentation, but about which project in the KDE community? Since the choice is rather huge, a bit more narrowing down your idea would be a good start.
If, on the contrary, you are looking for user manuals, those are hosted in the userbase.kde.org wiki.
