I am newbie here. I know that this topic has been asked for several times, but I still cannot find the solution I want.
Here goes the problem: The KDE drop shadow is not equal on four sides (window borders). The bottom and the right part is bigger while the top and the left is smaller. I know that it want to create an environment that light is on the top-left corner. However, I still prefer same size of drop shadow on each side.
Does anybody has a solution? Thanks very much.

I think you cannot do that with breeze window decoration.

But you can do it with oxygen.
