Greetings KDE Community,

lately I've started to use (coming from xfce) kde but there is one thing which really bothers me.

Whenever I run a program in full screen mode (right click border -> fullscreen) the taskbar shows.
I could change it so that it auto hides or that windows can be over the taskbar, but that's not what I want.

I want it to be similar to xfce or windows where whenever you focus the fullscreen window the taskbar hides and when a different window is focused the task bar appears.

Is there a way to set the panel up like this?
