Thanks for sharing this. It definitely adds to the excitement around 4.2.

Yeah, now we have a good link to post, when questions arise like "Hey, when does this work? Where can I find that?" Even if these are only screenshots you can get an impression how cool it is!

yeah, it indeed looks very cool. But now I'm even more afraid of not being able to wait until stable 4.2 and having a quite unstable system for a while... ;-)

You can install from the Project Neon repo and get 4.2 right alongside your 4.1 without any interference. Here's some directions: http://roderick-greening.blogspot.com/2 ... in_03.html

yeah...I usually use kubuntu. But I installed in a seperate partition arch w/ kde4.2svn and I haven't really been using kubuntu since then. Surprizingly enough arch was real easy to setup this time usually I have to fight a few things to get them how I want, I think in part kde4.2 has helpped with that.

Where is the webbrowser plasmoid???

This really showcases the power of Plasma. I am particularly excited about the support for Google Gadgets, and the ability to mix and match themes. I always did like the colour matching of Aya, but never what it did to the folderview.

I have installed trunk yesterday (openSUSE Build Service). I'll probably make some screencasts or so if I have time in the upcoming weeks.
