Hi,
I am using debian jessie with KDE desktop. Dropbox application working fine. The problem is, there is no dropbox icon in system tray. I like to know how to fix system icon problem for dropbox. Avinash Bapat. |

I have also been missing the Dropbox icon for a while. It might be solved, or only get fixed, on KDE 5. What are you on?
I'm on KDE 4.13.3 (Kubuntu 14.04) and Dropbox 5.4.24 (but I could only find out the dropbox version by examining ~/.dropbox-dist/ )
I'd rather be locked out than locked in

I am using 'debian' distribution stable (code name "Jessie") since it's release.The desktop version is Kde 4.14.2.. In the beginning there was no problem with Dropbox system tray icon. As you say's, this problem may be sorted out. let's hope so.
