I am looking for someone to draw/create me high resolution image and a vector image of it for an ebook cover that would be willing to wait to get paid until my ebook sells a specified amount agreed upon between me and the artist who draws and creates the high resolution and a vector image of it.

At the moment I don't have a lot of money, so I can't afford to pay anyone a lot of money upfront, but if someone is willing to work with me, and be willing to take a risk, I would be willing to pay a more than the normal price for having someone create a high resolution image and a vector image of it so that it doesn't loose quality when displayed at different dimensions for ebook and for my website.

I believe in my ebook, and that it will sell well.
And once my ebook sells the specified amount of copies that we agree upon, I will pay you. You have my word. I can pay you through paypal.

I usually make my own covers for the books I put on Amazon Kindle. ( Chuckie Churchmouse is one of them.) I also have the Raybrite Stories on there.
They are not Vector Art so they may not be what you are looking for.
You might try putting a bit more information about what the book is about. Children's, Technical, SciFi, etc. Some peole won't do certain types.
