I am trying to learn Krita and started during the beta unfortunately.

FFMPEG export is totally broken and the thread I made about it has been ignored for awhile now, and I see that there are other threads elsewhere asking the same question about the current beta and they are ignored as well. Where do you post feedback about an issue to find out if it is a bug or you are doing something wrong?

Same for this other issue now, beta 4 won't stop crashing when I try to save. I am unable to make any progress as I try to save, and it crashes.


I would love to move from Photoshop to Krita for my art but not having anywhere to get feedback on the program itself is really making things difficult.


This is the forum Krita sends me to. Is there a better forum for people just using Krita?
