Please help, accidentally mass-duplicated picture

So I went about drawing, when suddenly I did a hotkey on accident that seemed to mass-reproduce my drawing into a full photo-album of the same picture. Like a checkers board. Whenever I draw on it, all the duplicates become updated with what I drew, but it's a slow process and absolutely not what I want to keep on drawing. Going ctrl+z does nothing to revert this.

Update: Issue was fixed, now to figure out where to delete this topic.
