Problem and Qustion

My problem is with the menu button. It works fine but the button looks scrambled. Check out the picture Image

The question that I have is this, how do I turn off the automatic logout when inactive? I can't seem to find any option that turns that off.

I don't really see anything wrong there.
Why do you think it looks "scrambled"?
That's the Plasma logo...

If you don't like it, you can change the icon to anything you want in its settings (right-click on the icon).

You mean the screen locker?
System Settings->Desktop Behavior->Screen Locking
