I'm having some trouble figuring out what you are asking about. Are you asking about changing the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + F1 to change desktops somehow? or are you asking about adding some touchpad gestures (swiping with 3 fingers? I'm guessing "desdos" is in your native language, not entirely sure what you mean there) to do what?

Perhaps it would help if you rephrased it as: How do I configure <keyboard shortcut or touchpad gesture> to do <thing you want to happen>?

As for configuring keyboard shortcuts and mouse/touchpad gestures, you can configure those through System Settings -> Shortcuts and Gestures.
