if you are on 5.13.0 or 5.12.x without any problem I would wait a little bit for 5.13.1

I had issues upgrading from 5.13.0 to 5.13.1 on kubuntu, and it has yet to be resolved.

but I don't suggest you try unless its a test machine

krunner and the plasma systemtray are broken with 5.13.1 packages on kubuntu-ppa/experimental

and 5.13.0 which was working perfectly got removed.

I'm using ppa-purge to return to 5.12.5 unfortunately.
