Hello,
On Debian 8 I was using KDE Plasma 4.x and this version I love. On Debian 9 is default KDE Plasma 5.x and must say more and more I want to change it for version 4. Do anybody know how to install on Debian 9 KDE Plasma 4.x ? Thank You |

Short answer: you can't. The only way would be to downgrade your distribution or choose a distribution that ships KDE4, I don't think there are many left who do. KDE 4 is obsolete and not maintained anymore.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
