Hello,
I use KDE4 on a daily basis as my main DE. Being a Russian-speaking computer science student in Germany I use all three languages for family, study and various internet forums forum respectively. It is IMO not very convenient to switch between spellchecking languages all the time. But that is not what I want to discuss here. It might be possible to "unite" spellchecking dictionaries so multi-language users like myself who want to use spell checking don't see that much red What do you think, is this idea feasible? Shall I file a feature request or there is already some work in this area? Such an option would be a killer-feature for me.

Spell checking in KDE 4 is handled by Sonnet, and I do think that this feature is feasible, since it would just involve checking against all dictionaries specified by the user.
It would also go a long distance to making KDE more multilingual, since some users may need to use more than one language at a time, and Konqueror, KWrite / Kate, etc use it. It would be best to file any feature requests under the Sonnet component.

Second it. BTW, in Mozilla Firefox there is very useful russian-english dictionary and this is one of the killer-features of this browser for me.
