New KDE user here. Thought to present myself,sort of . Being a windows 7 user,for a long time. Then a linux intermitent user all this years (still a fan of KDE 3.5.10).
Recently Got a nice cute AMD RX 550 to replace my intel HD 4600 iGpu . Tried other OS'es, win and linux . But KDE Neon,wow, it is fast on Radeon graphics ! And Kwin is sweet. Feels faster than even windows with all its fancy proprietary drivers . Faster than other DE's . I'm impressed . Installed then opencl drivers from AMDGpu ,and all is good. Thanks for such nimble smooth DE . |
