Kubuntu upgrade to next release version

I run Kubuntu and I can assure you that Discover tells you when it's time to upgrade. However, *if* you install the LTS (16.04, 18.04, 20.04) you will only be promted to do a major upgrade for the next LTS (Long Term Support) release. This can be changed in settings, however.
