KDE dual-boot on 2019 MacBook Pro

Mon Nov 29, 2021 2:07 pm
Hi eveyone.
I'm currently running the latest KDE Neon version in a VM in Parallels and its quite frankly, amazing! The only quibbles are the Wifi and Bluetooth are not working, although it's seeing the internet through the Ethernet connection so I have connectivity. I can tweek the adaptor settings in Parallels to use KDE Connect too, so all is good.

I'm ready to jump to 80% full time Linux, but need the MacOS running for some proprietory reasons...

So my question is, is it worth dual booting? Will I get the wifi/bluetooth card and Thunderbolt connections working and are there any known/expected headaches with this operation?

Cheers all and see you in there!

Grape aka Simon
