I run win-11 and kde-neon on a partioned hdd with dualboot,
everytime when win-11 makes updates, my dualboot is disabled, even sometimes such updates access my BIOS and disables "1. boot kde"
this is not only done consciously by microsoft, it is insolet, perky, audacious. it's a matter of sink or swim.
are such interventions into my system reasonable or legal and acceptable?
