Lack of title bar for some windows in Plasma

Hi,
I am using Xero Linux. I am new to plasma coming from gnome. Please help me fix issue, where some titles bar are missing e.g for folder manager and system windows ( attaching screen). https://prnt.sc/TMkjAhbEmX49 Best Regards |

Are you sure no exeptions were made for certain applications like dolphin? I don't use titlebars myself but you could check system settings>window stuff>window rules.
Or. Open dolphin, do alt+F3,more actions,special window settings and look if there's something like "no titlebar". https://imgur.com/a/J6bvxFy
