Screen dimming with fullscreen apps

Is there any way that I can turn off screen dimming when any application is in fullscreen?
This seems like it should be a option somewhere but I cannot find any. I'm running frameworks 5.100.0 and plasma 5.26.4. |

Meh, nevermind. There are too many annoyances with KDE that I went back to Cinnamon.
