It's not GNU/Linux, but you could try PC-BSD.

Why don't you install Kubuntu and remove every Qt3 package?

Kubuntu 8.10 doesn't have KDE3 at all. Which has annoyed a lot of people like me who didn't really want to run KDE4 until it was finished.

Me neither....
Arch Linux is a pretty nice distro, similar to Gentoo, but without the need to compile every single bit...
Although you can do this if you want:-)

Actually, MOST distros can be installed without any KDE3. Maybe not in the default install, but there should be a way in most.

Kubuntu 8.10 comes with KDE3 apps like K3B, Amarok and Konversation. The OP want's a pure distro without any KDE3 app. That's why I suggested to remove those apps :)

To be honest, I'm not sure that's feasible just yet (depending on what kind of apps you require, granted). Well, I guess it could be if you replace some KDE3 apps with GTK/gnome apps instead but that would still not be a pure KDE4 install now would it?

Gentoo is a source based distro, therefore you can easily get pure KDE 4 without any 4 packages. If you want you can run snapshots only or svn only too.

Not sure if you can be bothered with a source based distro, but it might be what you are looking for.
