Arch Linux is a pretty nice distro, similar to Gentoo, but without the need to compile every single bit... Well, I guess it could be if you replace some KDE3 apps with GTK/gnome apps instead but that would still not be a pure KDE4 install now would it? OpenSUSE 11.4, 64-bit with KDE 4.6.4 Proud to be a member of KDE forums since 2008-Oct.

If you want you can run snapshots only or svn only too. Not sure if you can be bothered with a source based distro, but it might be what you are looking for.
