Plasma supports Python, Ruby, JavaScript and works on every platform - why not to use it in webdevelopment?

Plasmoids in browser could be an alternative for Flash, Silverlight, etc.

What do you think about this idea?

that's actually already working to some degree. At least I once read some developer blog posts about this and saw a screenshot of the clock widget inside firefox. Afair there's a netscape plugin for this in playground somewhere.

If so, don't ask, just do it :D

I think it already can be done on Firefox and Opera. There was a blog post by Aaron Siego about that...

I hope this helps...
