I must say that I really like KDE4.2, but I feel that KDE4.2.1 is a bit a downgrade for me.
I don't know maybe it's my guilt, but I really miss some KDE4.2 features on KDE4.2.1. (If it will be shown that problem is with me than I'll post this on Chakra forum as well). To begin with KHotkeys don't work (I posted a thread about it, it seems that something is wrong on my computer; keyboardlayout or locale maybe??) Than Kopete doesn't support Gtalk again (again I posted a post). Konqueror still doen't play YouTube flash, but there is a bit of progress. Now Videos being watched work only videos itself doesn't work... Then the system notification dosn't work I don't know it just isn't there... OH and (EDIT:) GTK style is missing in style and themes so now Gtk apps look even uglier than usual ![]() Maybe it's the sam bug as KHotKeys (?) And Plasma dies because of Pidgin which I use instead of Kopete... And now all known Lancelot and Qt4.5 problem... Well on the end there isn't that much things missing, it's just that they were on KDE4.2 why they aren't on KDE4.2.1?

might your issues be distro specific? Or because you're running qt4.5 but your kde was compiled against qt4.4?
fyi: I can run youtube vid's in Konq - openSuse, 64bit, qt4.5, kde4.2.1, flash 10 notifications work for me the hotkeys I use (alt+f2, etc) work for me I don't run the other stuff you're having issues with |

I don't think they are distro specific as KDEmod uses vanilla KDE. But it might be a Qt 4.5 problems, even though some of it predecess the installation of Qt4.5... I had problems with Konq in Kubuntu and they just carry on in Arch... I have no idea why notification doesn't work.. KHotKeys are totally strange. I can get alt+F2 or any desktop effect, but printscreen dosen't work nor any other hotkey that uses KHotKeys daemon (you can see those in settings->keyboard and mouse->universal hotkeys->khotkeys. I guess I'll post that on chakra forum...
