Is it Windows 7 or KDE 4? In this video, we take to Sydney's streets to find out what people think of what they think is a Windows 7 demonstration.

I find it funny that many people have mistaken KDE 4 as Windows 7, gotta give a hand to the guys at ZDNet Australia to mess with people's minds.

Its not very hard, being as people haven't even heard of *nix, or only have experience with it from 10+ years ago. Lots of people don't even know about Mac OS, or have only heard of it as that other thing that Apple sells. So, because of that, they don't even notice that there's a K there instead of the windows logo. It just doesn't occur to them that it could be anything other than windows. Even if you outright told them it was KDE, they might think you were using some inconsequential tech jargon, or a new word for "groovy"
