Well, Plasma of course, since it's the desktop. Then Konversation and Kopete. Kontact (specifically KMail and Akregator). I used to leave Konqueror open for days, but usually that doesn't end up so well.

Plasma (hard to not have that open...), Kmix, Kget, Ktorrent, Kmess, klipper, kontact, amarok, a bunch of plasmoids, dolphin, akkregator (outside of Kontact, it works better as a standalone app), digikam, k3b.
Okay, the two latter are not really 24/7 but they get used on an almost daily basis.

Would like to find a decent replacement for Kontact, though; I don't know whether it's Kontact, Mandriva or me, but it's never been stable for me. Just installed KDE4Windows on my work laptop a few weeks ago. Couldn't live without KPatience any longer while travelling to and from work...  EDIT: I forgot Konq... I use it so much, I don't even see it as an app anymore, I guess...
