If your idea hasn't appeared in the main area and isn't in the vault, try checking to see if it is one of the other categories (invalid, duplicate, pre-existing, etc). In this case, as Alec said, the idea is a duplicate of an existing idea. Also, if your idea hasn't appeared in the main area check the vault, one of the admins or mods may have requested modifications to the idea before it will be approved.
In the future, if you have a question like this please PM one of the admins or moderators.
