When I bug is resolved, where is the fix or resolution documented? For instance, bug 177474 was closed with "Fixed by Lubos today in r1035639." What does r1035639 refer to and how can it be viewed? Thanks.

The r1035639 is the SVN revision number. You can see the changes in that revision here:
