Hello, I speak Spanish and a bit of English, so I'm sory for the grammar/vocabulary mistakes

I was surfing the Web until I see this forum: http://www.newpctforo.com/

This site, that offers illegal and pirate contents, uses a modified version of Konqui, the official pet of KDE, without offering the reference to GPL or anything relationed with KDE.

I can't contact the administrators of this site, because a registration is requiered for almost any action on this forum, and there is no guarantee of success (and I don't know if there is an option afther registration).

What's your oppinion about this matter?
