Illegal use of Konqui in a forum

Sun Feb 07, 2010 1:13 am
Hello, I speak Spanish and a bit of English, so I'm sory for the grammar/vocabulary mistakes ;)

I was surfing the Web until I see this forum: http://www.newpctforo.com/

This site, that offers illegal and pirate contents, uses a modified version of Konqui, the official pet of KDE, without offering the reference to GPL or anything relationed with KDE.

I can't contact the administrators of this site, because a registration is requiered for almost any action on this forum, and there is no guarantee of success (and I don't know if there is an option afther registration).

What's your oppinion about this matter? So KDE is a community like this forum, I'm posting this topic on it (there is not an option to communicate "directly" for this issues on http://kde.org/contact/ ) This topic was also publish on http://www.kdehispano.es/?q=content/%C2 ... -este-foro and http://blogdrake.net/consulta/es-legal- ... -este-foro

Regards from Argentina.
