I'm just wondering why do we need two KDE forums? "forum.kde.org" and "kde-forum.org"?
I'm not sure if the consolidation is possible at this time as both are matured enough. But would that be good if we can focus and contribute to one forum? it might as well reduce redundant posts and may leads to get more ideas/suggestions when participation and discussion on a topic increases. Just a wild thought. |

Well, the other forum is not official at all, it is a private initiative and not something we can control.
If you want a forum where the developers and all the other KDE people are, you should definitely choose http://forum.kde.org ![]()
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

oh yeah, kde-forum have a tagline "Unofficial international KDE-Forum". But anyway lot of healthy discussions are going on in it. Ofcourse, freedom is about choice/options
