Issue regarding grouped applications on the panel

you know how when you have two firefox windows opened and the panel(or task bar if u will) will group it together and youll see a list when u click it?
well when I have a group like that it will not show a list, sometimes it will for like a split second. clicking it is really does next to nothing, is there a way i can fix it? this started since i upgraded to 4.4 |

Can you reproduce this under a new user? Do you have desktop effects enabled?
