xorg-1.8 is moving away from Hal, so the question is: there's some troubles using xorg1.8 with kde4.4.2?

Naw, it shouldn't. It just means that Xorg will be using different magics for things like input detection. It shouldn't in any way interfere with KDE's use of HAL for device management. (Since KDE doesn't directly handle inputs itself anyways)
