Comic Strip plasmoid - minimum size

Thu May 13, 2010 12:29 pm
Hi,

I love the comic strip plasmoid, but it seems some strips have very small pictures sometimes (i.e., small resolution). Then, the whole strip is way too small to read on high-resolution screens.

Could it be possible to specify a minimum size for the whole plasmoid? Then, when switching between comic strips, one would not have to resize the window all the time (or click on "view full size").

Further, what is the "maximum size of widget" button? Maybe this is exactly the opposite of what I am requesting here, but at the moment it simply scales the comic to some really strange format (maybe this is because I have multiple tabs and it takes the correct size from a non-showing strip).

Thanks!

I agree. It would also be nice to have a setting (enabled by default): auto-resize to comic, which matches the 'natural' size of the current comic.

Alternately, in placing bounds on the size of the comic: max width, max height, min width and min height should be separately configurable (and not based on the original/current size of the plasmoid).
