https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=241197 states that Ctrl+Home does not go to the beginning of the document when you are on the first page and that this should be fixed.
According to the current action definition this is not a bug since the action is defined as "Go To First Page" and since you are in the first page already the "Go to First Page" action does nothing. So the question is, should Ctrl+Home stay as "Go To First Page" and thus do nothing when on the first page or should it be changed to "Go to the beginning of the document" The poll will run for 15 days. |

My vote: Go to the beginning of the document.
An use case I see is that the user, unaware that he/she is at the first page, triggers the action. Nothing happens and the user gets confused.

I'm used to Ctrl+Home meaning "Go to the beginning of the document" (text editors etc.), and that's what I would expect Okular to do as well.
