It's not nice to delete mandriva's kde4.5rc3 packages from the mirrors even before the official release of kde4.5

Whilst I do not know why this was done, I do know that currently the FTP mirror data quota is exceeded ( as in the amount of data stored on disk ). This is likely the reason behind this.
