So, we have this piece of info here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=163990
In short: it is very hard to tell the difference between the active and inactive tabs using Oxygen theme. However is says: Status: RESOLVED Resolution: WORKSFORME (changed to WONTFIX with recent reopen/close) This is ridiculous. Wasn't KDE for users and not for developer's "works for me"? Doubt this will change anything but anyway. Am I the only one here who sees the problem?

The discussion in that bug report's comments got rather moody. I get the impression that the bad will it generated contributed to the developer's decision to close it. So perhaps the bug report shouldn't be reopened, but a new bug report should be created so it can be discussed from a blank slate. I agree it has merit.
So, "reopened": perhaps not. "Actually fixed": definitely. |

I opened a new one before posting and it was closed and marked as duplicate quite fast.
