kubuntu and qtcurve  Topic is solved

Wed Oct 06, 2010 9:16 am
hi all

do you know how to enable qtcurve translucency in kubuntu 10.10rc?

im using this theme http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/Smoked+Quartz+[QtCurve+settings]?content=127294, and im not getting any transparency.

tried ubuntu forums bun no one helps a kde user there, as usual.

kde 4.5.1
qtcurve > 1.5
geforce 9400m (nvidia drivers)
kwin composite enabled

thanks in advance

EDIT
nevermind restarted and now it works!

Next time you might want to check www.kubuntuforums.net for OS specific questions. They are all very nice there :)
