Hi,
i read article[1] with nice tips for notebook and ubuntu[put your favourite distro here, Fedora is mine]: and I want to ask you if there is something like gnome-power-statistics applet in KDE style? Some KDE3 app or plasmoid in development? That gnome applet did not work for me because "Could not connect to GNOME Power Manager." I don't want to solve the problem with that applet, I'm just asking if there is something in KDE for that task? [1] http://www.ubuntukungfu.org/blog/2008/09/9-tips-for-ubuntu-notebook-users/

I'd like to know if there is something comparable to gnome-power-statistics for KDE 4.x as well. The information about battery life and health is really nice in gnome-power-statistics. It is comparable to coconutBattery for OS X.
