Hi, I've got some questions about k16.
Why my e-mail "to K16 awaits moderator approval"? Do I have to subscribe to the mailing list?
A five year plan is big. Why this idea was not announced and publicly debated before starting? The process for me is sudden and stressing.

It is a "closed list", I would assume your subscription has not yet been approved

I assume the email address has since been opened up as I got no such response when I emailed my contribution yesterday.
