How do I change the icons in the decade to be changed with homemade icons?

KDE supports the XDG FreeDesktop.org icon naming standard. If you create a theme which complies with this standard, then you can use it under KDE.

What do you mean with "decade"? You can manage icon themes in System Settings -> Application Appearance -> Icons.
