KDE bug tracker down ?

hi all,
i wanted to submit another bug this morning, but bugs.kde.org seems down at all. yet, i found no information about a scheduled downtime as well as any other sign, someone noticed its downtime on the big wide net.
did i miss something?

Yes, it is expected downtime, see http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-devel&m=129832206805031&w=4 for more information. Will be back soon.
