update kde on opensuse

jony127 Registered Member Posts 31 Karma 0 OS	update kde on opensuse Fri Apr 15, 2011 6:21 pm Hello, I'm on opensuse 11.4 with kde 4.6.0 is the stable version that brings the default distro is it really recommended to upgrade to kde 4.6.2? I say this because sometimes the upgrade version of kde you can lose stability as appropriate. Thanks.
google01103 Manager Posts 6668 Karma 25	Re: update kde on opensuse Fri Apr 15, 2011 6:33 pm it's not a major update but because it and 4.6.1 fix various bugs and improves stability it's recommended This update is the second in a series of monthly stabilization updates to the 4.6 series. 4.6.2 brings many bugfixes and translation updates on top of the latest edition in the 4.6 series and is a recommended update for everyone running 4.6.1 or earlier versions. As the release only contains bugfixes and translation updates, it will be a safe and pleasant update for everyone.
