I submitted a brainstorm idea. it's awaiting validation right now.Idea# 95836.
It's a slightly more simplified Paypal bidding idea for coding bugfixes and feature requests. Please check it out when it's approved, vote on it and lets discuss a simplified community paypal support option. KDE is large enough. Technically, we don't really need KDE's permission. I could just as easily post a message here stating "I'm willing to pay XX amount of money to whomever is the first to fix bug#0123456." Hmmmm..... ideas, ideas....! Ah, take a look at my idea as written... BUT.... Even if the KDE.e.v legal community wouldn't go fo it what's to stop a group of us from starting our own auction site with the bug#'s or feature request as the 'product' to be bid upon? We could tie it in with Payal donations and allow community members to contribute to each effort of personal interest in very small or large donations!
Proud to be a user of KDE since version 1.0
