Dual Booting

Hi all I am a strainger to linux. I am keeping dual booting in my system. Kubuntu with KDE and Linux.
every time I boot system is asking for the preference I want to delete on boot and want to start my system directly on KDE. What shall I do for that?

there might be an editor for the grub2 bootloader in systemsettings see http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=139643

you would want to change the parameter "automatically boot the default entry showing ....." http://kde-apps.org/content/preview.php ... der+Editor

note: to be able to dual boot you need to display the menu for at least a few seconds and also to be able to boot in failsafe mode if there's a problem
