Different sizes for different icons in a panel!

I am using Kubuntu 10.04 and kde 4.4.5! In the panel how to make resize different icon to different sizes?

AFAIK it is not possible in 4.4. openSUSE implemented a 'height' option for the Panel which allows collective resizing except for the systray icons but I don't know if this is part of upstream yet.
