Well, after KWin slowness has finally been noticed, I decided to make a topic that keeps track over other overbugs that ruin KDE experience.
TODO: This is a pretty vague criteria, should find a better one.

Dolphin missses file changes (Bug #211472)
Dolphin does not update the directory that is currently opened when a file is created/changed/copied/removed/renamed there. This bug also seems to affect all the KDE applications.

The rightmost pixel column of Oxygen scrollbar is not clickable (Should find/file a bug for that)
Results in a severe usability issue when it's impossible to grab a scrollbar by moving a cursor to rightmost column of the screen when an application (like Rekonq) is fullscreen.

These two are the only I can recall, feel free to suggest more and correct me.

The first is not a bug in Dolphin, but in the KDE libraries, I believe some of these cases were fixed by a recent commit.

I have the same experience as you had , but I think these problems can be solved by KDE, I trust it!

KDE/QT browsers with plugins. They crash so often they are unusable. rekonq is ultra sucky with Flash.

That's not rekonq's fault, but QtWebKit's (as it's the engine used by rekonq). QtWebKit 2.2 is supposed to bring many improvements and should be released soon.

Ummm yeah, that line is kinda overused with KDE. reKonq has always sucked with Flash, same as Konqueror.

Overused or not, you can't blame KDE when faults down the stack are found.
