Dear everyone,
I'm quite new here (so not knowing who exactly to send this request to). I want to find out how we can get KDE's authorization to hold a KDE-centered sprint/speech in China.
I'm Viky, a little translator/editor from linux-ren.org. Linux-ren is a community devoted to developing Qomo(http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=qomo), a KDE powered Linux distribution. We're keen about KDE, and I've translated a lot of KDE's news to our readers.
Could anyone tell me who I can contact and what we should prepare? Thanks a lot!

You should contact the kde-promo mailing list (kde-promo@kde.org) to discuss the matter further.
