Hi, Community!

Just new to both Ubuntu and K3B.
Been trying to burn an Audio CD from MP3's but K3B keeps on returning errors.
First it suggested to use the TAO writing mode and once done it gives an unknown error.

Here's the report:

as the cd partially was written to I'd consider looking at your hw, specifically the cd media used and the cable connected to the drive

have you successfully written cd's before with this pc? with these cd's

try different cd's and burning just some plain files

ps - for command output this long use pastebin (or similar) sites or the phpbb codes, if you click preview you will see buttons to access carious tag codes

Hi,

I already burnt an Audio CD with the same setup and media but a different playlist and did work fine.
I am having problems with the second CD project...!

Thanks for answering.

Are you able to write a reasonably full data disc with the same system? It seems to me that the burner encountered a hardware error of some type, which caused Wodim to immediately abort the burn.
