The K3b docs do not appear in the KDE Helper under 14.04 but are available under the K3b web docs. How do I link the docs to the KDE Helper?

the first question would be is this a bug in the packaging of K3b by your distro, was the documentation included and if included was it installed in the proper folder structure and if not in the K3b package is it in a diff package

in the K3b package (at least in openSUSE) the documentation is in /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/k3b/ can you look and see if it was included and if so where it was placed

you might try and re-install the package to see if that helps
