If I go to 'Settings > Configure K3b > Programs > Programs Tab > (Refresh Button) > Permissions Tab', the whole thing just disappears. It doesn't happen unless I do the refresh part.

In case its relevant, I got this error (in the screenshot) a few minutes ago, which doesn't occur anymore when I open it:
