I try simulate burning of dvd image (in udf format - selected "plain data image") with checked "simulation" and k3b direct burn this.
This is problem, because I press Cancel about 30%

Hi, what version do you use and what DVD medium (DVD+R or DVD-R)?

DVD+ do not allow simulation and cdrecord knows about this
and prints a related error message in case you try it.
